James Cecil PARKE, son of William PARKE (c. 1824-1907) and Mary PRINGLE (c. 1832-1913), was born on 26 July 1881 in Crossmoyle House, Clones, Co. Monaghan. He died on 27 February 1946 in Mostyn St., Llandudno, Wales. He was buried in Gt. Orme Cemetery.
